anyways, i am making some baked chicken breasts to put on salads and take to work for my lunches all week. i cut them in half and then cut them into strips and take half a breast tossed on a HUGE bed of baby greens and a tablespoon of italian dressing. Comes to about 150 calories and is SO filling :)
